Returns & Eligibility

You may return any unopened and unused products provided they are in their original packaging and sealed condition. Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We offer a full refund or exchange on sealed products returned within 14 working days of purchase, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Fragrance oils supplied in clear or crystal bottles;
  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used;
  • Promotional, reduced, or discounted items;
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We can only process a refund, replacement, or exchange once clear photographic or video evidence of the damage has been provided prior to return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed after approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
